Did I mention how awesome NY summers are? Well, to add to the awesomeness, several parks are hosting FREE.99 outdoor movie screenings in Williamsburg, Long Island City, East Village, and Coney Island. I had the pleasure of going to see “The Warriors” last week. *sidenote: BEST MOVIE EVER! just wished they played the version I have on VHS, not the stupid version with the comic book transitions* All you have to do is bring a blanket, maybe a seat cushion if there isn’t grass, some yummy food (peep the Pomme Frites we devoured!) and some “spirits,” if you really want to have a good time.
Ain’t this a good date option for people on a budget!? I think so, too ;)
